Good Morning!
I don't know about you, but I love the color emerald green. It may be because it is my birthstone, but green had always been my favorite color. If I am buying something and green is an option, it is usually the one that I pick : ) When I saw that the challenge at The Play Date Cafe was to use the colors black, white, and a splash of green, I knew I had to make something for it! I had a hard time just adding a "splash" of green though because I kept wanting to add more.
For those green circles, I had inked a piece of white card stock with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink and then used a Hero Arts stamp to stamp the pattern on it with the same ink. I then used a one inch circle punch to punch out the circles. The green splatters are Mister Huey's Tannenbaum.
Supplies:
~White and Black card stock
~Mister Huey's Tannenbaum spray ink
~Mowed Lawn Distress Ink
~Hero Arts stamp
~Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler stamp set
~Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
~Rhinestones
~1" circle punch
Have a great day!
~Tracy
