Hello Friends!
It's a pretty gloomy day here, except it is finally starting to warm up a bit! I decided to make a card with a sun on it since there is no sun here today. This card was fun to make because I used mists, stamps, dies, and a sewing machine.
I sprayed a piece of white cardstock with Squeezed Orange and Yellow Zest Dylusions. I then cut out a circle with a Spellbinders die and then small 1/4" strips. I got out my sewing machine and then sewed each of the strips of sprayed cardstock onto a piece of white cardstock.
I used Versa Mark ink and white embossing powder to stamp the Hero Arts sentiment onto a piece of black cardstock. The clouds are cut from a Memory Box die.
I am linking this card up to the CASology Circle challenge and the Pile It On Challenge!
Have a great day!

I love the texture that the mists give to the sunshine and the sentiment is perfect! Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!

Love the look of the sprayed ink - I'll have to investigate further! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CASology this week!
You are so clever to create your own custom patterned paper! This is a fun cheery card! So glad you joined us on CASology this week!
You put a lot of thought and work into this card and it shows. Great job!
This card is SUPER ( a Winner for me!!!) I love all the work you put into it! The bold black against the bright orange has MAX impact.
After seeing this, I may have to do a card, you inspired me, though I have doubts I can do as great a job, but I will have fun! - That is what matters.
Have a great day!
